It is very important that users are provided information regarding the experiments that they perform. Here we can see the before and after conditons from the simulation that was just run in level two of the Mitochonrial Electron Transport module. This information is displayed in the Lab Notes section of the Controls and Information window. The fact that the initial conditions did not create the desired result is reported in theVirtual Cell Client window. The user can take this information and adjust the appropriate experimental conditions and rerun the experiment.
