The New Season Premieres
Tuesday, November 27 at 9:00 pm

PlainsTalk, Prairie Public's arts and interview show, returns with an all new season and a new hour long, magazine format. On the November 27th debut episode, host Matt Olien visits the Hjemkomst Heritage Center in Moorhead and a showing of banned avant garde art from 1920s and 30's Ukraine at the Winnipeg art gallery.

As the first of our series of interviews with unsung celebrities, Matt interviews NDSU anthropologist Jeff Clark, who is among those working with a new technology whereby students and professors can access fossils, ruins and archives from all over the world on their computer. In addition, we'll take you to Strudel Day at the Hague Cafe in Hague, North Dakota.

Also, watch for author Tom Isern's folksy commentaries, a commentary from Matt Olien and a sneak preview of Prairie Public's new documentary Lake Winnipeg's Paradise Beaches.
